Moorhead library offers free technology help – InForum

MOORHEAD — Moorhead Public Library is offering a weekly help session for those struggling with their smartphone, tablet or computer.

The weekly Ask-a-Techspert sessions are offered at 3 p.m. on Wednesdays, the library said in a Monday, Oct. 23, release.

During the sessions, library staff help participants navigate their devices, assist with any issues and demonstrate downloading audiobooks and e-books from the library’s free collection, the release said.

The sessions are free and open to the public.

Our newsroom occasionally reports stories under a byline of “staff.” Often, the “staff” byline is used when rewriting basic news briefs that originate from official sources, such as a city press release about a road closure, and which require little or no reporting. At times, this byline is used when a news story includes numerous authors or when the story is formed by aggregating previously reported news from various sources. If outside sources are used, it is noted within the story.
