Four fighters look to bring home gold for the holidays. UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards vs. Colby Covington headlines UFC 296 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday with flyweight champ Alexandre Pantoja vs. Brandon Royval in the co-main event.

Edwards looks ahead to new challenges in the aftermath of his victorious trilogy against former champion Kamaru Usman. His latest challenge comes in the form of loudmouthed, hard-nosed wrestler Covington. The title challenger makes his first appearance since UFC 272 in March 2022. Edwards is undefeated dating back to a December 2015 loss to Usman. Covington has alternated wins and losses in his last five fights, defeating since-retired fighters Jorge Masvidal, Tyron Woodley and Robbie Lawler but losing twice to Usman.

Pantoja makes the first defense of his newly claimed flyweight title following a split decision Fight of the Year contender against Brandon Moreno in the summer. Royval has revenge on his mind as he looks to erase a submission loss to Pantoja in 2021.

CBS Sports will be with you the entire way on Saturday bringing you all the results and highlights from the UFC 296 below. The main card begins at 10 p.m. ET on ESPN+ PPV following preliminary bouts at 8 ET.
